About Asscher Lab Grown Diamonds

An asscher is a square step cut with cropped corners, whose concentric facets create a windmill-like pattern when you look down into the stone. This search shows loose asscher lab-grown diamonds only, each with an IGI or GIA grading report. Quality filters open on G color or better, VS2 clarity or better and an Excellent cut; widen any of them to see more. Open any diamond to see its photos and, where there is one, its 360° view. Each diamond is sourced for your order and arrives in about 2 to 3 weeks.

Asscher Diamond Questions

What clarity should I choose for an asscher cut?

Like an emerald cut, an asscher's step-cut facets show more of the inside of the stone, so many buyers choose VS2 or better and check the photos to confirm it looks clean.

What is the difference between an asscher and an emerald cut?

Both are step cuts with cropped corners. An asscher is square, while an emerald cut is a longer rectangle.

Can I set a loose asscher diamond in an engagement ring?

Yes. Book a video or phone appointment and we will help you pair it with one of our settings. Loose diamonds are final sale, so we are glad to help you choose first.
