Premade pieces

Unworn premade pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery, in their original packaging with tags attached. We also accept exchanges on premade, non-personalized jewelry within 30 days.

Final sale

Custom engagement rings, wedding bands, engraved pieces and made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically for you and are final sale. As a courtesy, engagement rings include one complimentary fit adjustment of up to 1.5 sizes.

Sale items

Pieces bought on sale can be exchanged, provided they are not a ring or a personalized piece. Price differences and additional shipping costs apply.

Return shipping

Returns are not free: the shipping fees for both the original delivery and the return shipment are deducted from your refund.

How to start a return

Email info@mineandgrown.com with your order number. We will send return instructions and a secure shipping label.

Refunds

Once your return has been inspected at our Orlando studio, your refund is issued straight away and usually appears in your account within 5-7 business days.
