Shipping policy

Where we ship from

Every Mine & Grown order is handcrafted and shipped directly from our studio in Orlando, Florida. We do not offer in-person pickup.

United States

Shipping is free on all jewelry orders within the United States. Domestic orders ship by FedEx.

International

International orders ship by DHL Express for a flat rate of $75 (we do not ship to Russia or China). For the UK, EU and UAE, import duties and taxes are included at checkout; in other regions the courier may charge duties on arrival.

Signature and addresses

A direct signature is required for all engagement ring deliveries. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Processing times

Ready-to-ship pieces are processed and delivered within 10 days. Bespoke and made-to-order pieces typically take 6 to 8 weeks.

Tracking

Once your jewelry is packed and ready to ship, we email your tracking number. You can follow your package on the FedEx or DHL Express website.

Sales tax

A 6.5% sales tax applies to orders shipping within Florida.
