International Shipping

We offer complimentary FedEx® International Priority shipping on all orders placed outside of the United States.

Most international deliveries arrive within 2–5 business days after your order ships. Customs processing times vary by country and may occasionally extend delivery time.

We display prices in your local currency and accept all major payment methods, including major credit cards, PayPal, and bank wire transfers.

For orders placed outside the U.S., bank wire payments are only available on Canadian orders of $500 USD or more and are subject to a $35 processing fee. These payments are arranged through your bank.

After placing your order, please contact our customer care team. We’ll provide the account details and instructions you’ll need to transfer funds directly to Mine & Grown. Once your wire is received, we’ll immediately begin processing your order. Please note that orders paid by bank wire are not processed until payment has been received in full.

If you have any questions about sending a bank wire, we recommend speaking with your bank or reaching out to Mine & Grown customer service.

Please note that an ACH transfer is not the same as a wire transfer, and we are currently unable to accept ACH payments.

All international bank wires are processed in USD, and the issuing bank may charge additional fees.

At Mine & Grown, your jewelry is fully protected from our hands to yours. We insure and register every shipment for its full value so your order is covered throughout transit right up to your doorstep. To keep that coverage in place, we’re not able to reroute packages once they’ve been shipped.

For added security, orders over $250 require a signature upon delivery. An adult must be present at the shipping address (home or business) to sign for and receive your package.

Our commitment to you doesn’t end at delivery. If you’re not completely happy with your Mine & Grown purchase for any reason, you can exchange or return it within 30 days of the ship date, free of charge.

We also offer complimentary resizing for 3 months to help you find your perfect fit. Our rings are crafted in standard U.S. sizes, and you can use our ring size conversion chart for easy reference.

Please note that the timelines for exchanges, returns, and resizes begin on the date your order is available for shipment or pickup. For full details, please see our Returns, Exchanges & Resizes page.

To comply with international shipping regulations and avoid unexpected duties or taxes, completed repair and resize orders must be shipped to the same country as the original purchase.

If you’re outside that country, you also have the option to pick up your completed repair or resize order at one of our showrooms.

Depending on your country’s regulations, additional import fees or customs charges may be required to clear your shipment. In some cases, a third-party customs broker may be used to help facilitate delivery. Please note that Mine & Grown does not endorse or control any third-party brokerage services and is not responsible for reviewing their content, terms, or policies.

Taxes and duties for your order are calculated based on the rates in effect on the date your order ships. If your order is shipping outside your home country, please contact your local customs office for more information about any additional fees that may apply for clearance.
