Returns
This return policy applies exclusively to customers in the United States. For international return information, please contact customer support.
We proudly offer a complimentary 15-day return policy, including FREE return shipping via FedEx. If you're not completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase, simply return it within 15 days of its shipment date.
Holiday Extended Returns
Orders placed between November 20th and December 30, 2024 may be returned through January 15, 2025.
Return Requirements
- Items must be returned within 7 days after receiving your return authorization.
- All returned jewelry must be in original, unworn condition and include original packaging and documentation.
- A missing lab-grown diamond certificate incurs a $100 replacement fee per certificate.
- Jewelry modified, engraved, or resized by another jeweler cannot be returned.
Refund Options
- Original Payment Method: Standard styles qualify for a full refund to the original payment method.
- Store Credit: Custom orders qualify for store credit only.
How to Return Your Jewelry
Step 1: Request Your Return
If eligible, you will receive an email containing your FedEx prepaid return label and Return Authorization Number, valid for seven (7) days.
Step 2: Package Your Return
- Place jewelry in the original jewelry box and packaging.
- Include all original documentation, including diamond certificates.
- Securely package the items in a shipping box and attach the provided FedEx return label.
- Please do not mention "jewelry," "diamonds," or related terms on the outside of the box for security purposes.
Step 2: Ship Your Return
Drop off your package at a FedEx staffed location (do not use drop boxes). If you prefer another carrier, ensure the package is insured, trackable, and requires a signature upon delivery, as we cannot assume responsibility for lost or damaged returns.
Refund Processing
Upon receiving your returned jewelry, our Quality Assurance team will inspect it within 5 business days.
- If your item is eligible, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within one billing cycle.
- Custom and special-order items receive refunds exclusively via store credit.
