What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, worn prongs, slight metal discoloration).
  • Damage from improper care, including exposure to harsh chemicals, swimming pools, or hot tubs.
  • Loss of stones due to impact or accidental damage (such as hitting your ring on a hard surface).
  • Loss or theft of the entire piece.
  • Repairs or alterations made by any jeweler other than us—this will void your warranty.

We highly recommend jewelry insurance to protect against loss, theft, or damage to your center stone.
