Once your ring is handcrafted, which typically takes 4–5 weeks, it will be shipped via FedEx according to your selected delivery method. 

We offer free domestic shipping with FedEx Ground (2–7 business days), with faster options available through FedEx 2Day (2 business days) and FedEx Overnight (1 business day) for an additional charge. International shipping is also fulfilled via FedEx, with delivery times and pricing varying by destination.

Please note that expedited and overnight shipping apply only to transit time and do not shorten the crafting process. A complimentary signature confirmation is required for all deliveries; if you choose to waive this service, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Domestic Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange any item from your original purchase, including engraved rings, within 30 days of the delivery or pickup date. To receive a full refund to your original payment method, the item must be in its original, unworn condition.

Engagement Rings

Returns for engagement rings must include the original diamond certification paperwork provided with your order. We are unable to accept engagement ring returns without this paperwork.

International Orders

At this time, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
