The Amira Pear is a toi et moi engagement ring that pairs a pear-shaped diamond with a round diamond on a curving wave band. Each end of the band sweeps around one stone: the round sits in four prongs and the pear in three, with one prong at its point.
Toi et moi is French for “you and me”: two stones side by side, one for each person. In the Amira the pear leans up and away from the round, and the band's S-curve runs between them, so the two read as a pair rather than a center stone and an accent.
From the side, the band rises and dips in a soft wave around the finger. The Amira is also made with an oval in place of the pear.
The Amira is made to order in our Chicago studio in 14k or 18k gold or platinum, with lab-grown or natural diamonds and an IGI or GIA grading report. Delivery takes about 4 to 6 weeks.
