This search opens on loose lab-grown diamonds from 3.00 to 3.49 carats in all shapes, each with an IGI or GIA grading report. Quality filters open on G color or better, VS2 clarity or better and an Excellent cut; widen any of them to see more. A round of this weight measures about 9.3 mm across; elongated shapes such as ovals, pears and marquises spread the same weight over a longer outline and usually look larger face-up. In our search, diamonds just under 3 carats usually cost noticeably less than those at 3.00 carats, and at this size cut and clarity are easier to see, so check each diamond's photos.
