The Regina is a 14k gold pendant necklace with a single marquise diamond, set sideways in a smooth bezel on a fine cable chain. The gold rim follows the stone's outline and covers its two points, the most delicate part of a marquise.

Set east to west, the diamond lies flat and reads wide at the base of the neck. It is simple enough to wear every day, alone or layered with a shorter chain.
