The Cornflower necklace pairs a marquise-cut blue sapphire with a halo of small round diamonds, laid sideways on a fine 14k gold chain. Prongs hold the sapphire at its two points, the diamond border follows its almond outline, and a gold ring at each end fixes the pendant to the chain so it sits level.

It rests just below the collarbone, where the deep blue shows clearly against skin or an open collar. The name comes from the cornflower, one of the few wildflowers that is truly blue.
