In the Spiranthes diamond twist hoops, the front of each 14k gold hoop turns in a spiral with a round diamond set in every turn. The gold curls around the sides of each stone to hold it, and the back of the hoop runs smooth and plain.

Spiranthes orchids grow their small flowers in a spiral up the stem, and the diamonds wind around the hoop the same way. Small and close to the lobe, they are easy to wear every day.
