Sierra Oval Engagement Ring

The Sierra Oval is a wide-band engagement ring: an oval diamond set at a slight angle in claw prongs on a broad band with a hammered, faceted surface. The stone rises from the top of the band and turns a little off the line of the finger.

The hammered finish breaks the polished gold into small flat planes that catch light at different angles, a textured counterpoint to the smooth facets of the diamond. The band's width gives the ring a substantial feel on the hand.

It suits someone who wants a bold, textured ring rather than a fine band.

The Sierra is made to order in our Chicago studio in 14k or 18k gold or platinum, with a lab-grown or natural center diamond from 1.0 to 4.5 carats and an IGI or GIA grading report.
