Frida Oval Engagement Ring

The Frida Oval is a bypass engagement ring with an oval diamond in four prongs, set inside a thin, open frame of gold. The shoulders of the band leave the frame in opposite directions, with flat, angular sides.

The frame follows the oval's outline with a small gap, so the stone looks outlined in gold without being enclosed. The angular bypass shoulders give the ring a clear sense of direction.

The Frida also comes with a pear or marquise center.

The Frida is made to order in our Chicago studio in 14k or 18k gold or platinum, with a lab-grown or natural center diamond from 1.0 to 4.5 carats and an IGI or GIA grading report.
