An open rectangle of 14k gold forms each Vinca stud, with small round diamonds running up one long side and across the base. The other two sides are flat, high-polish gold, and the earrings come as a mirrored pair, so the diamonds sit on opposite sides of the two frames.

Skin shows through the open center, and the frame ends a little below the lobe. Bare gold against a corner of diamonds gives a clean, graphic outline that works beside a small huggie.
