Once your ring is handcrafted, which typically takes 4-5 weeks, it will be shipped according to your selected delivery method.

We offer free domestic shipping via USPS (2-7 business days), with faster options available through FedEx 2Day (2 business days) and FedEx Overnight (1 business day) for an additional charge; international shipping times and prices vary.

Expedited and overnight shipping only apply to transit time and do not speed up the crafting process.

A complimentary signature confirmation is required for all deliveries, but if you choose to waive this service, please note that we cannot assist or take responsibility if the package is lost or stolen.

Domestic Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange any item from your original purchase, including engraved rings, within 15 days of the delivery or pickup date. To receive a full refund to your original payment method, the item must be in its original, unworn condition.

Engagement Rings

Returns for engagement rings must include the original diamond certification paperwork provided with your order. We are unable to accept engagement ring returns without this paperwork.

International Orders

At this time, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
