International Shipping

We ship worldwide with the same care and attention to detail.

  • Canada & Australia: No additional import duties beyond GST, PST, or HST (which are collected at checkout)
  • United Kingdom: All duties and taxes are collected at checkout—no surprise fees upon delivery
  • Other Countries: International customers may be responsible for customs duties and taxes upon delivery. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping Policies & Important Notes

  • No P.O. Boxes: We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical street address.
  • APO/FPO Addresses: We're happy to ship to military addresses. Please allow extra time for delivery.
  • Delays Beyond Our Control: While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or customs processing.
  • Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable, even in the case of returns or exchanges.
  • Tampering or Loss: If your package appears tampered with or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date.
  • No Reroutes After Shipment: Once your order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
