Lifetime Warranty Coverage
Every Mine & Grown piece is made with care, precision, and intention — and we proudly stand behind that quality. All of our fine jewelry comes with a lifetime warranty that covers manufacturing defects, ensuring your piece is protected for the long run.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you ever notice something that appears to be a manufacturing issue, reach out to us and we'll evaluate your jewelry. Customers in the U.S., Canada, Australia, and the U.K. receive complimentary return labels for warranty inspections.
For customers in other regions, a refundable $50 deposit is required to cover international shipping and inspection. If the issue is covered under warranty, we refund the deposit in full and return the repaired item at no cost.
If the damage is not covered under the warranty, we'll provide a repair quote for your approval before any work begins. You may apply your deposit toward the repair or, if you decline, toward return shipping.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.
Please note: Repairs performed by jewelers outside of Mine & Grown void the warranty.
What isn't considered a manufacturing defect?
Fine jewelry naturally experiences wear over time. Issues caused by everyday use or accidental damage are not covered, including:
- Metal discoloration from lotions, cosmetics, water, or chemicals
- Wear to prongs or metal components from daily use
- Bent or caught prongs that cause a stone to loosen
- Gemstone loss caused by impact, wear, or improper care
We recommend securing independent jewelry insurance to protect against loss, theft, major damage, or unforeseen accidents.
Optional Extended Protection Plans
For added peace of mind, Mine & Grown offers optional extended protection plans covering many common wear-and-tear concerns beyond the manufacturer's warranty. These plans may include:
- Resizing outside of the free resize period
- Polishing and refinishing
- Rhodium plating
- Accidental damage coverage
Plans are available for select pieces and range from two years to lifetime coverage. Protection plans are offered in partnership with Extend.

Lifetime Diamond Upgrade Program
Mine & Grown offers a generous upgrade program for loose diamonds purchased from us.
Natural Diamonds: Upgrade to a diamond at least 1.5× the original value
Lab-Grown Diamonds: Upgrade to a diamond at least 2× the original value
Simply return your original Mine & Grown diamond in saleable condition with its original documentation.
Upgrades do not apply to colored gemstones, settings, or finished jewelry. If your original setting cannot hold the new diamond, we offer a precious-metal credit based on current gold or platinum market values.
Temporary Setting Option
If you're ready to choose the perfect diamond but want your partner to be involved in selecting the final setting, we offer a simple solution.
We can place your chosen stone in a classic temporary solitaire setting.
You'll have 60 days from your purchase date to return the temporary mounting and select a permanent design. A small refurbishment fee applies, and the remaining value is credited toward your chosen setting.
Colored Gemstone Policies
Mine & Grown offers a curated selection of unique loose gemstones. We're happy to set your gemstone in any standard Mine & Grown ring design that accommodates the stone's dimensions.
Loose gemstones or gemstone jewelry are eligible for our 30-day return or exchange policy as long as the item is unworn and in original condition.
Rings that have been resized or previously exchanged are not eligible for return.

Orders may be placed directly through our website or by contacting our customer care team for personalized assistance.
After your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
If you do not receive this message, please reach out so we can verify your order.
Once your piece ships, you'll receive a second email with tracking information and delivery details.
Taxes & Duties
For U.S. orders, sales tax is collected where required by law.
For international shipments, taxes and duties may be calculated at checkout if prepayment is available in your region.
Orders shipped outside the U.S. and Canada may be fulfilled through our international logistics partner and are subject to their terms and processing timelines.
Gift Cards
A Mine & Grown gift card is a meaningful and flexible way to celebrate any occasion.
Once purchased and verified, you'll receive an email containing your digital gift card code. Gift cards are:
- Non-refundable
- Not redeemable for cash
- Not eligible for promotional discounts
- Valid for multiple purchases until the balance is fully used

Special Requests & Custom Options
Our team is always happy to help you create or modify a piece to suit your vision. Special requests we may be able to fulfill include:
- Additional diamond options not listed online
- Alternative gold alloys (such as 14K yellow or white gold)
- Custom gemstone shapes, colors, and sizes
- Alternative semi-precious stones like moissanite, aquamarine, morganite, or amethyst
We can also modify many of our standard designs, including:
- Matte or high-polish finish changes
- Band width adjustments
- Adding or altering accent stones

Engraving Services
- Engraved rings can still be resized for free
- Returning an engraved ring requires a small engraving removal fee
- Exchanging an engraved ring requires an engraving replacement fee
- Engraving may extend production time by up to 3 days
