Every piece is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and durability. Our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty guarantees that your jewelry will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.
We take great pride in our materials, and we stand behind the quality of our lab-grown diamonds, guaranteeing that their optical properties will never fade or cloud over time.
This Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty applies to all jewelry purchases, regardless of price or style, and is non-transferable.
What’s Covered Under Our Warranty?
If a manufacturing defect occurs—such as a loose setting or a structural issue with your ring—we will repair or replace your jewelry at no cost.
What’s Not Covered?
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, worn prongs, slight metal discoloration).
- Damage from improper care, including exposure to harsh chemicals, swimming pools, or hot tubs.
- Loss of stones due to impact or accidental damage (such as hitting your ring on a hard surface).
- Loss or theft of the entire piece.
- Repairs or alterations made by any jeweler other than us—this will void your warranty.
We highly recommend jewelry insurance to protect against loss, theft, or damage to your center stone.
At Cost Maintenance
We understand that jewelry experiences daily wear and tear over time. While this is not covered under the warranty, we offer professional repair services to help keep your jewelry in top condition.
Some of the most common repairs include:
- Replacing side stones
- Tightening prongs
- Re-polishing and re-plating rhodium
- Thorough professional cleaning
We provide affordable repair pricing, covering only the materials and labor—we do not profit from repair services. Our goal is to support our customers and help maintain the longevity of their jewelry.
How It Works:
- Contact Customer Service for assistance.
- Ship your jewelry to us (you cover shipping).
- We will complete the repair and ship it back to you for free!
Note: Due to international taxes and duties, we are unable to provide ring resizing or repair services for orders shipped outside the U.S.
Free Ring Sizing
If your ring isn’t a perfect fit, don’t worry! We offer one free ring resizing within 30 days of your order shipping (U.S. orders only). Simply send your ring to us, and we’ll adjust the size at no cost. If resizing isn’t possible due to the design (such as an eternity-style ring), we will provide an option for a remake.
How to Use Your Warranty
If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing issue, simply contact Customer Service to receive a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to determine if the issue is covered under our warranty.
- If covered, we will repair or replace your piece at no cost.
- If not covered, we will provide a detailed repair quote before proceeding.
Please note: Any repairs or modifications made by a third-party jeweler will void your warranty. To ensure your jewelry remains covered, we strongly recommend that all maintenance and repairs be done through us.
