Extended Holiday Returns & Exchanges
Items purchased between November 1 and December 15 may be returned through January 15 for a full refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
Our extended holiday return policy applies to qualifying purchases made during the holiday season. Please review the requirements below to ensure your return is eligible.
- Items purchased between November 1 and December 15, 2025
- Returns accepted through January 15, 2026
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
- Original packaging and documentation required
What products aren't eligible for return?
To keep our quality standards high, some pieces are considered final sale and can’t be returned:
- Purchases made more than 30 days ago, including Layaway orders.
- Rings that have been resized, repaired, or otherwise altered after purchase.
- Fine jewelry with custom engraving.Engraved rings may still be returned, but a $40 engraving removal fee will apply.
- Personalized pieces, such as name or initial necklaces.
- Items that were already exchanged once.
- Fully custom-designed jewelry created specifically for you.
- Orders that were modified while being made or processed.
How to Return or Exchange Your Mine & Grown Piece
1. Start Your Return
- Call us at 305-703-7001
- We’ll send you a return authorization number and a prepaid FedEx return label.
2. Pack Your Jewelry Securely
- Place your jewelry back in its original Mine & Grown packaging, if you still have it.
- If not, put the ring/jewelry box inside a small FedEx Priority box and seal it.
- Then place that small box inside a medium FedEx Priority box and seal again (this “double boxing” is required for insurance coverage).
- Be sure to include any promotional gift(s) that came with your order.
- You’re welcome to keep your complimentary jewelry cleaner.
- Seal the outer box and cross out or cover any old shipping labels and barcodes.
- Clearly write your return authorization number on the outside of the box (you’ll find this in your return confirmation email).
- Attach the FedEx return label to the outer box.
3. Ship Your Return
- Bring the package to a FedEx staffed location (search by your ZIP code and filter for “Shipping assistance”).
- Ask for a drop-off receipt—this acts as your proof of shipment and insurance.
- Please note: Mine & Grown and FedEx are not responsible for packages left in FedEx Drop Boxes or at locations that are not staffed by FedEx.
Insurance Reminder
Your return is fully insured only when:
- You use our prepaid FedEx label, and
- You follow the packing steps above, including double boxing your jewelry.
Refund FAQs:
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once your return arrives at our studio and passes inspection, we’ll begin processing your refund, typically within about 5 business days.
How will my refund be issued?
- Refunds are sent back to the original form of payment whenever possible.
- If your original payment was made by bank wire, cash, or another method that requires special handling, your refund may be issued by check instead.
- For credit card purchases, most banks will show the refund on your statement within 4–7 business days after we’ve processed it.
- For international bank wire orders, refunds are issued in USD based on the exchange rate at the time of purchase.
- Mine & Grown is not responsible for any differences in foreign currency amounts caused by exchange rate changes between purchase and refund, nor for any fees or charges applied by your bank or card issuer.
Do I need a return authorization number?
Yes. A return authorization number is required for all returns:
- Packages sent without a valid return authorization number cannot be processed for a refund.
- Return authorizations are active for seven (7) days from the date they’re issued, and your package must be shipped within that time frame.
- If your authorization expires, simply contact us at 305-703-7001 or info@mineandgrown.com and we’ll issue a new one.
Complimentary Resizing Policy
At Mine & Grown, we offer one complimentary ring resize within 3 months of when your piece is first available to ship or be picked up.
This includes free shipping both ways within the U.S.
Please note: complimentary resizing is available only for eligible Mine & Grown rings and is subject to certain limitations.
What isn’t covered under our 3-month complimentary resizing
- Ring sizes outside our recommended size range
Rings that fall significantly above or below our standard size range may not be eligible for complimentary resizing. - Eternity bands
Due to their full-around stone design, eternity rings cannot be resized. However, they may be exchanged at no cost within 60 days from when your purchase is first available for shipment or pickup (subject to availability and inspection). - Alternative metal rings
Rings made from alternative metals (such as tantalum or titanium) generally cannot be resized, but may be exchanged within 60 days of first availability for shipment or pickup. - Custom, modified, or engraved rings
These pieces can often still be resized, but resize fees may apply, even within the 3-month period, based on the design and complexity of the work.
Resizing After 3 Months
If you’d like to resize your ring after the 3-month complimentary period, we’re still happy to help.
- Resizing may be available for an additional fee, provided the ring is within our recommended sizing range and structurally suitable for adjustment.

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Duties and taxes are non-refundable. Contact customer care for assistance.
