Center Stones & Upgrades

Yes! We can set your own diamond or gemstone, but it must be inspected first. A setting fee applies, starting at $250 for stones valued under $5,000, with additional costs for higher-value stones.

Absolutely! We offer a center stone upgrade program for natural mined diamonds. If you're looking to trade up, your current center diamond can be exchanged for a new one that is at least twice the value of your original stone. The full purchase price of your original diamond will be credited toward your new selection.

To qualify, the original diamond must be returned in its original condition, along with its documentation. Please note that we do not offer upgrades for lab-grown diamonds, rustic diamonds (such as salt & pepper), colored diamonds, gemstones, or jewelry settings.

If your new diamond does not fit in your current setting, you have the option to trade in your original jewelry for precious metal scrap credit toward a new setting. Before recycling your original piece, we will provide you with a credit estimate based on market pricing. Applicable taxes may apply.

Yes! If you want to propose before finalizing the ring design, we offer temporary solitaire settings in 14k white, yellow, or rose gold for $900. When you select a permanent setting, you’ll receive $500 in credit.

Yes! Engraving is a beautiful way to personalize your ring. Popular choices include initials, special dates, or meaningful phrases. Engraving costs $40 and takes about 3 additional days. Please note that engraved items are final sale.

Diamonds, Gemstones & Metals

Diamonds are known for their exceptional durability, brilliance, and rarity. They are the hardest gemstone and reflect light beautifully. Other gemstones, such as sapphires, rubies, and emeralds, provide a unique pop of color and excellent durability. We also offer lab-grown diamonds, which have the same chemical and physical properties as natural diamonds but are a sustainable choice.
We carefully inspect and hand-select every diamond for its brilliance and beauty. For center stones, we recommend diamonds that balance value and aesthetics. Our preferred range includes E-H color and VS1-SI1 clarity. Accent diamonds are always VS clarity and chosen to complement your center stone perfectly.
If you're unsure what size to select, we recommend choosing the largest size within your budget while maintaining brilliance and proportion. We carefully source diamonds that offer the best combination of quality and value, ensuring your ring sparkles beautifully.
We offer a variety of gemstones, including sapphires, morganites, and aquamarines. We can also source alternative stones like black, brown, rustic, rough diamonds, tourmalines, emeralds, rubies, opals, and moissanites. If you have a specific gemstone in mind, we’d love to help you find the perfect one!
We use high-quality metals, including 14k & 18k white, yellow, and rose gold, as well as platinum. For certain designs, we also offer sterling silver.
Platinum is naturally white, highly durable, and requires little maintenance. White gold is a more affordable alternative but requires rhodium plating every 18 months to maintain its brightness. Silver is budget-friendly but is softer and requires regular care to prevent tarnishing.

Ethical Sourcing & Sustainability

Yes! All of our natural diamonds are sourced from Kimberley Process-certified suppliers, ensuring they are conflict-free.
The Kimberley Process is an international certification system that prevents the trade of conflict diamonds, ensuring they are ethically sourced.
We prioritize sustainability by using recycled gold, platinum, and silver. These metals are repurposed from jewelry, industrial materials, and electronics, reducing the need for additional mining.
We proudly support Impact, a nonprofit focused on responsible mining and fair resource management. A portion of our proceeds goes toward sustainability programs.

Jewelry Care & Warranty

Your jewelry is designed to last a lifetime, and with a little care, it will stay just as beautiful as the day you received it! Here are a few tips to help keep your pieces in perfect condition:

  • Store it safely – When you're not wearing your jewelry, keep it in a soft pouch or a lined jewelry box to prevent scratches and tangling.
  • Keep it clean – Regularly clean your pieces with a gentle jewelry cleaner or warm soapy water and a soft brush to remove buildup. Be sure to dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
  • Avoid harsh chemicals – Lotions, perfumes, and household cleaners can dull or damage your jewelry over time. It's best to remove rings when applying products or doing household chores.
  • Take it off when needed – We recommend removing your jewelry before swimming, exercising, or doing any heavy lifting to prevent accidental damage.
  • Check your settings – Over time, prongs and settings can loosen with everyday wear. We suggest having your jewelry professionally inspected at least once a year to ensure everything is secure.

We offer lifetime maintenance and inspection services, so if you ever need a professional cleaning or just want peace of mind that your setting is secure, we're here to help!

Yes! We proudly offer a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty on all our jewelry. This means we stand behind our craftsmanship and guarantee that your piece will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. If you ever experience an issue related to a manufacturing defect—such as a loose setting or a structural issue—we will repair or replace your jewelry at no cost.

While our warranty covers manufacturing defects, it does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from improper care, loss of stones due to impact, or repairs done by third-party jewelers. We always recommend jewelry insurance to protect against loss, theft, or accidental damage.

However, we understand that with daily wear, jewelry may need routine maintenance over time. We offer professional repairs for normal wear and tear—such as prong tightening, re-polishing, re-plating, and stone replacements—at a fair cost. The pricing covers only the materials and labor required for the repair—we do not profit from these services because our priority is to support our customers and help maintain the longevity of their jewelry.

If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing issue or needs a repair, simply reach out to Customer Service, and we’ll guide you through the process. We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for you to send your piece in for inspection. If the issue is covered under our warranty, we’ll take care of the repair or replacement free of charge. If the repair is not covered, we’ll provide a detailed quote upfront, so you can decide how you’d like to proceed.

Shipping & Returns

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. International shipping costs and delivery times vary. Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes.
We offer returns and exchanges within a set timeframe. Custom and engraved pieces are final sale. Please reach out if you have any concerns.

Sizing & Resizing

We offer a complimentary ring sizer and a downloadable ring size guide to help you determine the perfect fit. We recommend selecting a size that slides on comfortably but has slight resistance when removing it. If you need additional guidance, our team is happy to assist.

Most rings can be resized up to 1.5 sizes up or down. We offer one complimentary resizing within 60 days of purchase, excluding eternity bands and intricate designs. Additional resizing is available for $65 per adjustment. If resizing is not possible, we may need to remanufacture the ring, which will require an additional fee. Engraved rings may lose part of their inscription during resizing, but we can re-engrave it for $15.

Yes, we offer resizing services for international orders in the UK, Canada, and Australia. The shipping fee for international resizing is $95 each way. The resizing process typically takes 1-2 weeks, but during peak seasons such as December, requests may take longer.
To ensure the best fit and maintain the integrity of your ring, we strongly recommend having resizing and repairs done through us. Every jeweler has their own techniques, and modifications performed elsewhere could compromise your ring’s structure. Additionally, third-party modifications will void our warranty.
